 Scott Shively

Scott Shively
Scott’s interest in home building began as he grew up in Northeast Ohio, where his father was a builder and president of the Stark County Home Builders Association. Even at a young age, Scott knew he wanted to be part of the home building industry, so after he graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in marketing and real estate, he immediately took a job with a local home builder.  In the late 1980s, Scott ventured out on his own, starting a custom home building business called the Truberry Group. He successfully ran this business for more than 25 years before he had an opportunity to sell the Truberry Group and work with Bob Webb. He was so impressed with the longtime custom home builder that he officially joined the Bob Webb Group in 2014 and today serves as the company’s Chief Operating Officer.  Scott is the father of two daughters and lives in Dublin. In his free time he enjoys golfing.
