‘Tis the season to be tacky

The Young Professionals Group's first annual Ugly Sweater Party was the place to be this past Wednesday. Hosted and sponsored by Hamilton Parker, over 60 people showed up in their ugliest holiday attire. The Hamilton Parker showroom on Lenoard Avenue was the perfect setting, with food and drinks provided.

The Hamilton Parker showroom and owner Adam Lewin were recently featured in Columbus CEO for the remodel of the Leonard Avenue showroom. The seven-figure overall of this stunning showroom is complete with title, garage door, masonry, and fireplaces.   During the party, a scavenger hunt was set up where guests could move about the showroom and get engaged with one another.

“We are excited to have hosted the first-ever YP ugly sweater party and hope everyone enjoyed themselves as much as we did!” says Aaron Shears with Hamilton Parker. “It’s always great to connect with our friends in the industry, and we hope this kicks off a happy holiday season for everyone!”

There were prizes of wine and goody baskets given away to those who completed the scavenger hunt. In addition, two winners of the ugly sweater competition were selected. One prize consisted of a six-pack of Not Your Father's Rootbeer and a $25 gift card to Graters Ice Cream for the perfect adult rootbeer float and was awarded to Taylor Hoover with Diyanni Homes. Hamilton Parker awarded a goody basket to Cody Butler with Coldwell Banker King Thomspon for his ugly sweater.

“Thank you to all of our members who have made an effort to join this important group!” said Marilyn Evans with the BIA. “We couldn’t make this group a success without you! We look forward to watching this group develop more in 2020!”
