Since 1943, the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio (BIA) has represented single and multi-family homebuilders, developers and remodelers throughout our region. Other members include trade partners, suppliers and service professionals.

The Building Industry Association of Central Ohio is the largest trade association that is focused on promoting and protecting the viability of the regional private sector, residential and multi-family housing industry to the benefit of builders and associates and businesses associated with and dependent on the industry.

Affiliations

Our affiliation with the National Association of Home Builders and the Ohio Home Builders Association enables us to keep a close eye on national and state issues and how they impact our local community.

National Association of Home Builders (NAHB)

NAHB is a trade association that helps promote the policies that make housing a national priority. Since 1942, NAHB has been serving its members, the housing industry and the public at large. NAHB has a long history in the industry and with serving its members. Visit their website here.
